【摘要】:Thisstandard:1)definestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomasses,tractionandbrakingconditions;2)givesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithoutsideaxlejournals;3)specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculationsforsteelgradeEA1NdefinedinEN13261;4)describesthemethodfordeterminationofthemaximumpermissiblestressesforothersteelgrades;5)determinesthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxleandrecommendsthepreferredshapesandtransitionstoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:6)solidandhollowpoweredaxlesforrailwayrollingstock;7)solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesofmotorbogies;8)solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesoflocomotives3;9)axlesdefinedinEN13261;10)allgauges.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalEuropeanconditions.Beforeusingthisstandard,ifthereisdoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeapp/iedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining~levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothisstandardonlyfortheloadcasesoffree-runningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoworkloadcases.Theyarecalculatedseparately.Forlightrailandtramwayapplications,otherstandardsordocumentsagreedbetweenthecustomerandsuppliermaybeapplied.
